Album FAQ

How many photos should I choose for my album?
Our albums generally contain around 100 photos depending on your unique wedding (if you had a weekend-long affair or an intimate elopement, for example!).

Is it really possible to only choose 100 photos?
It can be daunting to narrow down your favorites, it helps to think about your wedding day in segments:

    • Scenery
    • Preparation, hair and makeup
    • First look
    • Your ceremony
    • Bridal party and family formals
    • Couple portraits
    • Cocktail hour and reception
    • Special dances
    • Toasts
    • Party and dance floor shots
    • Cutting the cake
    • End of the night couple photo

What types of photos should I include in my album?
A mix of documentary images, portraits, details (like your invitation suite or bouquet), and group photos brings a balance to your wedding album. Remember to include transitional pictures (like traveling from the ceremony to the reception) to help with the flow of your album. We are happy to offer suggestions!

Any other advice?
Go with your gut! Pick your favorite images, the ones that you can't live without. Don't choose a picture because you think it has to be included.

So, I've ordered an album, what next?
